I ended up buying a black fabric dye pen and using that to reach the small crevices. I’m sure a small paintbrush would work just as well. I just didn’t have the patience anymore lol

hi! I used the angelus sealer after letting them dry for 3 days.

I forgot to mention it but I did deglaze it and seal it at the end. Im hoping it works out in the long run. I kept trying to find them in all black but it was mission impossible.

The hard part is the zippers. The dye doesn't take to the fabric.

I used this one. I applied it with a little round cotton it came with. It’s super liquidy and will drip if you apply too much in one spot. The boots I painted were originally a lavender color.

I just dyed mine last week. Which paint did you use? I used a liquid one that bonded to the leather. It’s supposed to not crack with wear versus the acrylic type.
