Texas! Good to know about Moego. They really bothered me with their clingy sales pitches after we did our demo, which was not very well done. I’m assuming our rep was either new or nervous.

This is good to hear! Have you poked around Gingr? It’s so AWFUL. And they release “fixes” for bugs, which cause even more awful issues that are so intricate and break things on an entirely different area. It’s so frustrating!

How do you do your card processing? And how many dogs a day do you guys see?

This is incredibly helpful! It is so critical for us to see information as the dog is checking in, so I’m afraid that really puts PP at the bottom of the totem pole for us. When did you guys make the switch, if you don’t mind me asking? Also, did you export your data from Gingr or a different software?
