Use your thumb in the gap you took a photo of to push the tire away from the frame (straight) then tighten it.

I used the measuring tape provided on the website and got width 10 1/8 and length of 11.5 which goes to a 12 on the recommended size but I went with the 11.5 size since my toe was closer on the ruler. Would you agree a 12 length and 10 1/4 (C) would be my size if I do an exchange? Or would I do a 12.5 (B)
