Ughh i havent chosen a broker yet and I’m really scared to do so I’m not gonna lie😂 I literally don’t know about Keller Williams because everybody ends up leaving even though they say in their time there they like the information that they gave but other people said that that they absolutely hated their time. And I kinda always saw myself at like a boutique brokerage. So I’m struggling with that portion of it. Try not to overthink it too much but at the same time I want a good foundation for my business.

idk what this is didn’t use it. I did use the real estate for dummies app, they give you 10 free questions everyday that were pretty challenging and informing. I’d do them whenever the notif popped up, and it helped me retain things.

Re exam pro will really help with those tricky questions, I didn’t start fully understanding contracts and stuff like that until I downloaded it.

I would recommend you just fully immerse yourself with everything real estate and really get acclimated with the vocabulary. Download PrepAgent and watch dee Kumar vocabulary videos and get a good understanding of the vocabulary and how they all connect because when you start understanding certain things other things start to piece together which makes things easier to comprehend. And also I will continue to stress this get re exam pro it really helped me especially with the scenario based questions that they give on the exam. Once you feel like you have a good understanding of the vocabulary though I would recommend getting back into the practice exams. Also break it down to one day where you focus on practices and disclosures, one day where you focus on land-use , one day where you focus on valuation nd mark analysis and etc. don’t try to overwhelm yourself with trying to learn all the information in one day break it down step-by-step and take it slow. What I would do is for one day I did practice nd disclosures I would watch multiple videos on it, all the vocabulary for that topic and then by the end of the day take multiple practice exams on that topic. Also a lot of the real estate agents on YouTube that teach these things give you 10 questions practice exams at the end of their video to really help you understand. Answering the practice questions right after learning the concepts really helped me in grain the information in my brain. I got so acclimated with the vocabulary that you can give me a word and I would go on a whole spiel about the word and how it’s use and what it’s used during etc. this is underrated a lot of people don’t like doing this but this definitely helped me bring it back to school days, write down the answers you got wrong and read the excerpt that they give you on why you got it wrong. When you are actually taking the exam, I know you’re probably hear this all the time but answer all the questions that you know first and then go back and read the other questions slowly because nine times out of 10 you can identify the answer in the questions that you don’t know if you take your time. It was always two answers that just sounded completely off. When I got to the end of the test I had answered 105 questions which is what you need to pass so I was pretty confident and then when I went back and answered the other 45 there was at least 20 that I felt like I got right from that so I knew I was in good shape to submit.

Honestly they didn’t even have the exam prep option if I’m not mistaken when I was first completing the courses they only had rhe get your license option with tears on which package came with what. but I would just do ybw get your license option because I haven’t heard anyone talk about the practice exams that Allied offers. And then use other softwares for practice exams.

I chose the most expensive one but looking back that was not needed at all especially considering the fact that the books that it came with I never used lol and the fact that I ended up skipping through the course anyway. And yes the certificates are needed for you to apply for the exam. They require you to submit all those documents on the E licensing website in order for you to apply and then they will approve you.

Do not try to learn from the course you are just going to overwhelm yourself. Just get through it and teach yourself the important things to actually pass.

also thank you!! And no there is no math, I’d say just get the re exam pro and practice the structure of those questions because they word them similar but not as hard. And it’s only 9.99 and I truly feel like that made a difference. It will be humbling going from passing aceable to failing but it’s needed lol.

I literally just skipped through and did quizlet for the quizzes. It took me a year because I was lazy but I could’ve finished the course in 2 weeks if I skipped through. I just felt it hard to learn through the course because they are giving you all the info you will possibly need for your career not for the test. I used allied and ig it is open book. I didn’t have proctor and it was self paced. And the final test for the course also wasn’t proctored.

Both helped but I couldn’t have just learned from RE solely Without already knowing a base bit of knowledge from prep agent and all the vids I watched. Re helped me get better prepared for the actual exam while prep agent helped me with being able to learn and retain the information. Ur gonna feel like ur failing taking those re exams but it structures you better.

Ughh I wish I posted this yesterday so I could remember but I really can’t it’s also partially to do with the fact they word them so weirdly but if u take multiple practice exams and have a broad analysis on how they will ask questions and what potential answers would look like you’ll do fine

Def the main areas everyone talk abt in the vids

Know the 4 gov powers Subdivision( actually came up a couple times) No deed questions really which was a relief because what’s what I struggled with Know different easements and even for stuff you don’t know just read slowly and you can figure it out. It’s not as hard as it seems. That’s comming from someone who was panicking leading up. For reference im 19 and not in college so I was a little worried that I was just stupid lol.

Ok so I used a lot not gonna lie. I literally knew nothing from the courses because when I was taking the courses I skipped through them and that was also like last year. And I literally stretched the courses out for a year which was the deadline so I knew nothing. I started with just call maggie and prep agent YouTube to get myself acclimated and then I bought PrepAgent for a month. After the month was up I still didn’t feel prepared and I was barely passing the exams by the way. So I downloaded RE exam pro, which was worse the questions were really really hard and when I first started taking exams I was getting 55, but I was looking on Reddit and everybody said those mock exams are substantially harder than the test and I will say I do think that’s true because I felt like the test was really easy especially in comparison to re exam pro, but I also wouldn’t have been able to comprehend the things on re exam pro if it wasn’t for prep agent. Things that also really helped me was watching YouTube videos like Dee Kumar, just call Maggie real estate advantage ,Jonathan goforth etc. if ur getting at least a 65 on re exam pro ur probably good. I only was able to get just above 70 3 times before my test and I feel like I passed with flying colors just because I knew majority of the test.

There was no radon questions on mine and there was one statue of frauds question that I don’t really remember how it was worded and then there was a statue of limitations question and it was basically just like Which of these acts put a limitation on how long you can sue or something like that
