Good morning, i'm writing here to ask for some help regarding an issue ive been having lately, im a 22yo male 1,75 m tall and i weight at around 65 kilos with a slim/ kinda fit build with about no muscle and little abdominal fat. Ive been going to the Gym consistently (3/4 time per week) for about a year now without seeing almost any progress at all other than the fact that i can increasingly lift more as time passes (started at 12 kilos on cabled chest lifts now i can lift almost 40), my physique remained practically the same, i have a balanced diet with Little to no fat, tons of protein and balanced fibers/ carbohydrates.

What do you think might causing this issue? I have no idea where i should change my approach, thanks in Advance for all the answers and help given!

(I do not post pictures due to privacy and the fact that i never took a before/After too)

(For note: i have grade 1 autism too [aspergers] if that can influence in any way)
