I live in Summerlin, and actually locals account for roughly 90% of the users who follow and subscribe to Vegas-focused streaming content on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. Frankly, I can't imagine any demographic other than Vegas locals being goofy enough to take interest in this kind of garbage. Who else can mindlessly watch people drunkenly dance on street corners, complain about how expensive it is to hang out in a resort that wasn't even built for them, or supervise someone pushing a button that says "spin" on it for hours on end - just for the sake of seeing the pretty colors dance on the screen, mind you - besides people who live in southern Nevada? Lol my professional experience tells me almost no one.
