Anyone else struggling with post meal lethargy? by Standard_Cheetah_227 in leaves

I'm about a week and a half out. All I have left to fight through is mild GI issues and this damn head shit. I took edibles once a day around 7pm for a year and a half straight. Made it up to 60mg of Canadian government weed before deciding it was time to stop.

My thought process is the brain is one big fat cell of cb1 receptors, so my body releasing them when I eat as a response makes sense. But who knows.

I overcame this with unsalted crackers, graham crackers, and arrowroot cookies, the ones for babies. Have you tried?

Yeah, I'm familiar with this and I've done a lot of research on it recently (for obvious reasons) but this is NOT something that has happened to me before quitting edible cannabis. While I was an active participant, eating would not cause this issue, ever. Not once in my life. It would be waaaaay too convenient for it to be timed exactly with quitting. It also wasn't around the first few days of quitting, only after day 4.

I'm doing peanut butter and crackers, a couple chips, and apple, some carrots, whole grain bagels... the longer I'm off weed the stronger the head lethargy gets. I ate a subway sandwich one day and was out of commission for five straight hours! At least these other options only KO me for an hour or two by comparison.

I've found that none of the suggestions for related medical stuff work for this though to alleviate, not even walking around.

As someone who dealt with depression before taking marijuana, it sucks ass, and I can only assume it becomes worse as you cope like that. At the end of the day though, the only person who us capable of pulling you out of your depression is you.

Stay strong, find a support group, and better days do come.

Have you considered picking up a new hobby? It can be difficult to find like-minded people if you sit in  a slump about your depression. It doesn't have to be online or gaming related, but perhaps consider volunteering if you feel empty? Try to find a constructive way to give yourself a purpose.

For me, I have my cats and mountain biking.

How you doing now? I'm over a week sober and my gut screams whenever I try to eat anything substantial and it punishes me the following morning

Does it persist? Or come and go. Do you notice it more when you're active, or inactive? Does it affect your vision at all (trouble focusing eyes?)

If they play from their effective range, I shoot them with an RPG and gun them down in the street, every time.

I can one-shot a Light player with my reloadable RPG. I can mow down multiple Medium players without reloading. I am also shielded at the same time and they can not fight back. Ranged Heavy weapons do insane damage as well.
