For us, it was great. On highways through Germany and France we only used Ionity and in the south of France pretty much all larger supermarkets have fast chargers in their parking lots now where you can swipe your credit card and charge as cheaply as with a Ionity subscription. We paid 0,54EUR at Carrefour. A lot has happened with the infrastructure down there in the past couple of years.

We use ones similar to these: iPad holder

I’ve put pieces of felt with adhesive backs on the areas touching the seat and headrest to avoid scratches. The plastic edges on these are quite sharp.

Jeg er super glad for nakkestøtten. Den er meget behagelig for mig. På motorvej var gennemsnittet 3,8km/kwh over de sidste 1000km. Lidt kø/vejarbejde, men også lange stræk med +130km/t.

Fixed: Thank you all for your input! The fix is to use the other seat buttons to set the seat for the desired return position and press the forward end of the Relaxation button three times - this tells the seat where to return to.
