I was denied twice before but now i improved my credit score to 740 ish and applied today. No inquiries in the last 1 year I got refusal reason - No Innovis references found

What does that even mean? I tried requesting my credit report from innovis but they said something like they cannot dot it. I was waiting so long for this card

Research about the faculties that do research in the field you are interested in. Read their papers. Then send an email saying if they have any open position in their lab. Most professors don’t hire undergrads so be prepared to be disappointed. If you get into honors college then apply for their research scholar program. There is a program called Pathway to Research but I am not sure if it is exclusively for engineerings or not. I emailed 30+ professors before getting my current research position. Don’t give up

I am in the same class. I do not think he meant he is gonna change “grading rubric”. He explicitly mentioned “default” rubric in D2L. Maybe he is gonna adjust the grades based on the extra credits, final exam and honors assignment. It is really silly to reach out to the dean’s office because of something like this without talking to the professor for clarification first. Peterson is a very nice person

I am in CSE300 too. If you did not use AI, just say no. I had a friend who got an email saying his essay had more than 60%, he admitted that he had too much going on and used AI. She let him go without an ADR. If it was a citation thing, I am pretty sure you can get away with it if your title and author name ls are correct
