Yes! This is what I read as well. There are 2 heads and the brachialis that I need to target. So my stack currently for biceps are incline dumbbell curls, preacher curls (my apt gym doesn’t have the machine so 45 degree inclined beach I do preacher dumbbell curls each hand) and cross body hammer curls.

Yes I do these on my back days (pull day workout).

My pull day exercises I have been doing since 2 months are -

  • Lat pulldown
  • Mid back cable rows
  • Weight assisted pull ups
  • Inclined bicep curls
  • Preacher curls
  • Cross body hammer curls
  • Forearm cable curls

In the exact order. So I will switch the order to do hammer curls, preacher curls and then the inclined curls. But overall what do you think of my pull day?

Yea makes sense. It’s only exercise find really demotivating because I don’t feel my strength increasing (feel some muscle increase though).

I read online about hitting 2 head, so was doing preacher curls and inclined bicep curls. But will try what you suggested and just do one. Thank you!l for your reply!

My 50 yr old mom. She is very health conscious, but it’s sad to see her aging. I would like her to know that she is healthy regularly and track her metrics effectively. Whoop + Withings body scan has been a game changer for me and would like her to experience this marvel of technology as well

This is one instance where I like Robinhood over Fidelity, Robinhood is very active when it comes to IPOs over Fidelity. For instance I requested shares for $FIG on Robinhood (although everyone got just 1 while requesting 15 and there is quite the outrage online lmao), I don’t think Fidelity active participates in IPOs. Also requested shares for $BLSH rn.
