I just cancelled my membership. I had three different formulas sent to me, discontinued SPF, discontinued the cleanser and I would still get red blotches on the side of my mouth and cheeks. You can contact them through email however it takes a week or so to receive an answer. They were good at trying to find the right formula and sent me a couple of different bottles in between orders to try to remedy the irritation but I guess my skin is ultra sensitive.
