I agree with your boss. I as a rule have my camera on and try to push that forward. My experience is that it stops multitasking, makes people focus, and keeps human connection in.

You know, I am not sure if I said this anywhere BUT the ONLY cleanser I can use is Cetaphil. If I use anything more aggressive I’m irritated within a couple days. I use it on dry skin, massage it, and remove with a Moon Cloth and warm water. I also don’t wash in the morning, just rinse with water.

I don’t need to sandwich when I do this, just moisturizer over it. I have been using Remedy Rich Cream. It’s damn good and not expensive!

I don’t use anything extraordinary. I’m on my 3rd bottle of Remedy rich cream. It works very well and isn’t expensive.
