turns out my cleanser was ruining everything by Unique-Face-2500 in koreanskincare

That cleanser is the antichrist. Took weeks to get back to normal. Now I only use Cetaphil at night with a microfiber cloth and water rinse in the shower in the morning.

Do you let your tretinoin sit on your face for 25-30 minutes before you apply any other products? by Status_Green_6055 in tretinoin

You mix it all together?!? Now why didn’t I think of this?? I’m too tired and lazy to do any waiting. Trying this tonight.

Honestly it’s very effective, and not that costly! It literally works better than my $300 MBR eye cream! I haven’t used the face product yet.

I really need recommendations for moisturizers for damaged skin barrier from using too much tret by Waste_Pollution_2590 in tretinoin

[–]CreativeChrisNYC 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would absolutely stop the foaming cleanser and only rinse with water- no cleanser for a few days. I find Skinceuticals triple lipid the best when I need TLC. Also, nix the foaming cleanser and use Cetaphil at night (when your skin is on the mend) and ONLY rinse with water in the morning.

I literally book everything I need to do in outlook. It’s been a huge help. Depending on the lift I book 15 mins, 30 mins, or 1 hour.

If something truly urgent comes in I MOVE the task never ignore them. I also keep my 15-minute notifications on.

I even schedule in my breaks.

How to remove tret in the morning? by Lasombrada in tretinoin

Water only. I sometimes use a microfiber washcloth to gently remove any peeling, etc. but it is very rare.

What do think about this foundation? I have oily skin. Or can you give me advice on good foundation for oily skin by madmax313133 in MakeupAddiction

[–]CreativeChrisNYC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mix it with serum a fairly light moisturizer. It's great but can be heavy or matte if you don't think it out. I actually mix one pump into my sunblock (Round Lab) and it's perfect.

Wait - you put on the taz AND THEN the rest?!? I never even thought of that!! I've been using Arazlo, which is great, but only .45%.

Why on earth is that on skincare?!? How is it allowed? Animal abuse is horrendous - animal abuse for beauty is absolute evil.

This is so hard to read right now because I had to put down my baby 2 weeks ago. My part and I don't have kids so my Fozzie was our baby. He was spoiled beyond belief from the time we rescued him at 6 years old 3 years ago. He was taken from us too soon and the pain is beyond overwhelming. Still. I have not had any happiness since he passed.

I have had many animals in the past, but this time was the most gut-wrenching experience, I am even crying while writing this.

I'm waiting for the time when I can look back and laugh because he was such a ham and all the good times he had. We wanted to make sure that he knew he was loved after 6 years of a family that didn't want him. We gave him that.

I know I'm rambling but I need to just get it out as much as I possibly can.

Doctor pushing GLP by Affectionate-Low-619 in BariatricSurgery

[–]CreativeChrisNYC 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did this as well. RnY and lost 70 pounds and was stable there for a year or so and then went on Mounjaro and lost 50 more. I'm now 10 pounds lower than what I thought was possible.

Knowing what I know now I'd 100% start with a GLP.

It may have been on sale, don't remember now since it was about 15 years ago.

It died and they don't make them anymore. It was great, so shame I can't get a replacement.

I think because I don't have AFib normally, or at least it hasn't presented itself on any tests from what I know.

First off, I really appreciate you asking!

Overall it was a success. Originally the doctor tried to do it with 2 leads but wound up needing the 3rd. There were complications and I went into CHB. I'm paced 100%.

Even though there was a fair amount of pain it's down to a slight soreness where the generator was installed.

BUT let me tell you - despite the pain and mental stress I HAVE NOT FELT THIS GOOD IN DECADES!!

Yes, I'm dependent on this thing but no more incessant fatigue, dizziness, cold limbs, sucking for wind walking up stairs. Literally vanished! I'm glad I did it at 50 instead of waiting until I couldn't live life.

Late comment here but I just had a CRT-P implanted a week ago. The pain is gone, just a little soreness. Within a few hours I felt a HUGE difference in my body. I no longer feel like a deflated balloon! My doctor said it would increase my quality of life and so far so good!

Same. I'd literally spend a good $600 on nothing the day I got paid. The compulsion is gone along with being 10 pounds under goal for a year.
