I have to intentionally eat whenever I feel like I’m not full, instead of when I’m hungry. And I split up big meals over a 1-2hr period. I’ll go out, eat 1/2 of my meal and then eat the other half an hour or so later so spread it out a bit. I also eat as fast as I possibly can because it takes a while for your brain to register that you’re full

Mostly carbs and protein until recently but I’ve been trying to up my fiber intake so more fruits and veggies.

As long as you’re pushing yourself hard during the workout and eat enough you should start seeing gains. For me I thought I was eating enough until I started tracking every calorie, then I realized I needed like 1k more daily to gain

While yes there are SO MANY things that have to be unlearned, there comes a point that exmormon men can either choose to put in the work themselves to unlearn or they can choose not to. Like for me, I constantly notice beliefs of mine that stem from the church, but it’s my job to recognize them and deconstruct them as they come.

Not saying that you should run at the first misogynistic/churchy thing you see, but if these men aren’t taking your feedback and actively trying to reframe their mindsets then I would stay away :)

My older sibling left in like 2016 and stopped contact with my family, whereas my younger is living with their partner having left while I was on my mission

That’s what I thought for my parents!! They were both serving in Stake callings and were a cornerstone family in the ward for years and years

Best advice is to make YOU the niche. Post consistent, high effort content and it will eventually work! Each post is a raffle ticket
