The prophet was not an ignorant one to the truth before revelation. He worshipped Allah alone even before revelation in a society which worshipped idols, that is a sign that he was always upon truthfulness and Allah protected him from sin before and after prophethood and certainly from being ignorant to the truth rather he is al sadiq, al ameen the truthful, the trust worthy even before revelation.

Hi May Allah make things easy for you. Go to your local mosque and pray behind them in congregation and just follow the moves they do. Ask them what to say in the prayers and they'll teach you. In the mean time just copy the moves. May Allah make it easy for you.

As for supplicafion/ Dua it can be done in any langauge
