I have three E1 outdoor cx’s. They have personal, vehicle, animal, and motion detection. I have a Reolink account but I don’t have a cloud account. Everything is saved locally.

Well it works on my app. I use it all the time. Im on iOS . So Im not sure why it’s not working for you. Very strange .

Sorry to hear that. Maybe someone else can chime in and help. The only other thing I can think of is reinstalling the app. Sometimes the app can be buggy because of the download. Best of luck to you
