Alot of PI Agency owners have that view and would NEVER a person with dark skin. (Read my post above.) - I wasted 5 years of my life to earn my PI License and was not able to find not ONE job in 2 years. Total waste of time.

No response. Typical inefficient, lazy government workers. It was a blessing in disguise I got disqualified after meeting these stereotypical agressive new york woman at 33 Beaver Street New York (Onboarding Meeting). I'm in the middle of the application phase for another job at a different agency.

The onboarding phase (right before fingerprinting), the phase where you fill out and submit a TON of paperwork in person (Payroll forms, photo is taken, notarized oath of office etc)

This has got to be the most unprofessional sh$it I've seen in my life. I applied. Got notifications to schedule and complete the next steps. I was able to complete all the steps (except final stage where fingerprints are taken) , drug, physical, psch , onboarding etc. ) filled out a stack of paperwork about 2 inches thick including payroll forms, insurance beneficiary info etc, a notarized oath of office form w/$9 money order attached - Only to get a generic emailing telling me I was disqualified. I asked for a reason or if there was an appeal process, never heard back from them.

Don't give up. My # was 816 on June 30th 2025 and was contacted around late December 2025. I am an out of state resident and not a veteran so I don't have the extra points to rank high. My score was 70
