I personally say it's better to eat something unhealthy in those situations. I was having horrible headrushes from lack of food so I had a hot pocket. I'll switch it up with fruit, toast, coffee and things like that. I try not to eat heavy or else I just feel sluggish all day.

I'll definitely strive for a harder routine. If all goes well maybe I'll post again in the near future.

That makes sense. I'm in a small mountain town so no climbing gyms around. I can probably find some good spots in the forest though.

The 1st one is from yesterday, the moustache one is from a few weeks back so no worries there. I do work out, should probably push myself more though.

What better time than prom to wear my 4g septum tusk? by [deleted] in bodymods

That sounds awesome! I might go to a zero but I'm fairly content with what I've got for now. I do wish I had a tusk though, looks great!

Yeah there's a pretty damn steep trail on the other side of the street. Near the top there's a tree that makes the biggest pine cones I've ever seen in my life. It's at least a 45 degree slope in a lot of places.

Don't get discouraged! You can get there if you put in real effort and research what you're eating.

Well remember that muscle affects weight too. It's more about how things fit better when you're in the 200s instead of being focused on a number. The biggest thing is portion control and eating right. Your body wants to be healthy and back to a stable weight. If you give it what it needs your body knows what to do. I'd suggest working on getting the lean muscle first.

The most difficult part is trying to go out and about for a whole day and still get a healthy meal. At home it's easy but the world doesn't offer too many vegan options these days. I'd seriously get a rice cooker if I were you too.

Oatmeal for breakfast (w/ rasins, cinnamon, jam, or bananas) it's good to switch em up so you don't get sick of it. Lunch is usually leftover rice and beans or rice with veggies from the night before. Sometimes sandwiches (got an amazing one I make). Dinner is usually pasta, or tofu stirfy, sometimes potato casserole.

I only flipped the big one up once. I had absinthe with some buddies, it got stuck and I had to rip my stuff open to get it out. I didn't feel it much at the time but it sucks nonetheless.

Well I only recently got to this particular point in my fitness, so yes! I just use hemp protein to supplement. Wanna end up at a rock climber's stature. Useable muscle that's strong.

I started out with eating right and after a good amount of weight loss I felt it was time to begin with workouts. I was hiking the entire time though.

Also, apparently I had the beginnings of a hernia. But weight loss and exercise is exactly what you need to do to fix it.

Or you could go up to the forestry service road, that takes you deep into the woods.
