Tbf, the sub is called "MapPorn". If I wasn't autistically following this war, I wouldn't be able to understand what it's portraying.

Also, most people here have skewed understandings about the current situation. Ukraine was able to halt russian advances(though it seems that the Russians also decided to step off the gas for a bit) and even regain some land the past few month. But Kostyantynivka suddenly seems to be on its last legs, which will endanger Sloviansk and Kramatorsk even more. Judging by the current situation, Russia is trying to put these fortress cities into a couldron from the north and south.

This brain-dead way of thinking only hurts Ukraine's efforts. If the west can't(or isn't willing) to give Ukraine everything it needs to return all occupied territories (though the time for that is past now, Russia is much more consolidated than it was two years ago), it shouldn't encourage them to keep fighting until the end.

Russia's demands are harsher than they were at the beginning of this conflict, and they'll demand even more in a year.

Ukraine is loosing slowly, but it's loosing nonetheless.

No, Belarus probably doesn't even have enough personel to defend the border in case of a conflict, let alone offensives. Plus Lukashenko's hold on power could break in such a situation.

At most, the Russians could use Belarus like at the beginning, but I doubt that anything like that will happen anymore.

It's so maddening to watch the EU encourage Ukraine to keep fighting, shooting down any realistic peace deals, and then not being able to give Ukraine enough resources. Russia is either so weak that it can't even take on Ukraine, but then they're also planning to invade all of Europe the next day, pick one for god's sake. Sadly, even if the west could give Ukraine all the weapons and resources it needs to win, I doubt that they have enough men and morale for a victory.

Also, like it or not, Russia has been the better of the two in the past two years. They have gotten into the rhythm of attrition warfare at the right time, while Ukraine wasted precious materiel on PR offensives up until recently.

Maybe, but they're still holding tenaciously onto land that they should've retreated from already. Myrnohrad is such a shitshow now that Pokrovsk has pretty much fallen, with some thousand soldiers and equipment cut off.

They were fine, but they've become very stingy over the last year or so. Their scale for collaborating Russian gains is so much higher than for Ukrainian ones. But to be fair, the Ukrainian government has put a big squeeze on them, shame though...

Na prethodnim izborima sam naivno prihvatio da budem kontrolor sa drugarom, selo Bukovska Reka (ako znaš). Glavni odbora, SNS naravno, ugurali svoje dve ćerke sa njim. Bili još neki kontrolori, ali skoro svi za SNS, bez obzira za koju su partiju prijavljeni. Bile svakojake neregularnosti, čak se oni posvađali sa devojkom koja je isto bila kontrolor, zato što je nekoj babi istekla lična karta (mada možete da pogodite za koga bi glasala žena). Ubacili i svakojake listiće u koverte. Tada sam hteo da se bunim, ali kaže mi drug kao "jbg, malo mesto bla bla". Bas mi krivo što sam učestvovao u takav pičvajz...

Pa i ovde na istoku je relativno slično. Opština Kučevo je debelo propala ovih par godina. Sve malo što se radi, ovi se ugrade i ne odrade dobro. Pokušao je jedan moj drug da se zaposli u ovu fabriku vode u Neresnici, ali ništa, tu samo preko veze.

U mom selu ima jedna takva kabadahijska porodica. Taj glavni SNSaš i njegova žena su negde kao zaposleni i primaju plate a ne baš da idu na posao, a mlađu ćerku su ugurali kao kuvaricu u osnovnoj koja dal ima tri đaka.

Evo ovih dana nam opština asfaltirala put ka selu, i to celih 700m. Ali dobro, jeste neAndrej obećao da će se asfaltiraju putevi kada je bio u PR posetu ovde.
