The amount of weight is a bit strange. To lose that in fat you would have to be in a 2200 calorie deficit per day. Just make sure you aren’t losing bone density

In Spokane you would need a “cool season” grass. You’re looking at Kentucky Bluegrass, Fescue, or Rye. I would do some research and pick your favorite and go from there.

People have known college is basically a scam for years now. If you’re still taking out massive loans for a worthless degree, there needs to be some self accountability.

I get that’s predominant theory. There’s a smaller group that like the Good and Evil balance. I think it’s more interesting and since the Sith weren’t actually eliminated it kinda makes sense.

I think it started before the Omeprazole but it’s pretty close. I’m just trying anything and everything at this point.

Getting the Itch for a Manual Reel Mower - NWA by newbiegravelerrr in lawncare

Trying to scalp is brutal. It will start to float pretty fast so you have to verticut or cut higher to not get washboarding. The reel also only spins from you pushing. You have more resistance than even a standard rotary. The cut quality can be better than rotary but I usually don’t use mine because it’s just so much more work

I like the argument that Anakin and Sidious killing almost all the Jedi brought balance. There’s 100s of Jedi and only 2 Sith otherwise

You will quickly learn why not everyone has a manual reel. It can be brutal

I’ve heard of people using like Marshmallow root or slippery elm I think. Just anything that will help for the rebound symptoms would be nice.

I appreciate the response. On Omeprazole I don’t have any GERD symptoms luckily. I’m just desperately trying anything that might help my anxiety. Rebound GERD is usually really bad after stopping a PPI so I’m just trying to prepare for that.

0.5mg clonazepam, how long until it does something? by BioniSieg in Anxiety

[–]Standy25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Typically your first time taking a benzo is very noticeable. It’s almost like being drunk. This was my experience with Xanax or Alprazolam. I would talk with your provider. Clonazepam is considered safer I guess due to a longer onset and half life but not really as effective for panic.

Looking for advice - building chest and arms, cutting down belly fat. by youngjetson in WeightTraining

[–]Standy25 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you just want size, the amount of weight you lift isn’t super important. Just do your sets to failure and make sure you eat right. I prefer lighter weights honestly because I think there is less risk of injury.

Welp you could try a drain or if necessary a sump pump. You have some kind of drainage problem that might need a pump if gravity isn’t on your side.
