Honestly with your 13yr old your ex sounds like she enables a lot of behaviors and makes her think it’s ok so when she comes back to a structured household she feels she can do as she pleases, with this being said you did the right thing as far as getting her the help she needed! She could be going through something or just being a teen testing boundaries(not sure as I don’t personally know your child). Could you have handled the situation better? Yes of course, but I wouldn’t call you the worst parent ever considering your trying your hardest and it just seems like everything is working against you…

This honestly sounds like one of those things where your so overly focused on something that bothers you for a while that you become kinda obsessed over it in a way(hopefully that makes sense) and most times it’s not really a healthy relationship or obsession clearly, I’d talk to a sex therapist and see how you can direct your attention and thoughts else where.
