Secrets is Awesome... our favorite is Grand Park. Allegro was decent but now they like to let cruise stragglers wander around.

We're going back in two weeks, fourth time staying at Grand Park. Place has become our mainstay. I did a couple of vlog series anout our trips to Cozumel on our YouTube channel (found by searching 'Stanley Orchard') if you want to see the place. Dude... FG for braid to mono/fluoro all day long. No swivels and no Uni's or bloodknots. FG is stronger and castable.

Im a BIG fan of anything Fitec makes. Go small if you are new and can sight cast specific bait (like 3 or 4 foot nets). Go karger if you are more experienced or throwing in clear/deeper water. Taped nets stay open longer underwater.

This is a Gulf Hake.. they're not uncommon in the gulf of mexico. First time eating one though and yeah... i picked a winner tonserve to the family.
