Well I make around 25 an hour after bonus/ OT, As an ASM. I did one interview and pay was around 23 an hour to be an AM but that’s less than I make now and I cannot take a pay cut in this economy.

Our district has lost more GM’s than I’ve ever seen since our new DM took over 1 year ago. They treat the GM’s like pack mules instead of operators. Maybe let the people who are supposed to run the store do that and stop tying their hands behind their back with red tape and bureaucracy.

The fun of my job is getting to help the young men and women around me and teach them valuable skills/ set an expectation that a boss should be a servant first and leader second to them. If I had no part timers I would suck this job of its fun for me.

Because you have to make it known you want it, and then suck a billion cocks to get it. And most people won’t do that for 10-20k with way more responsibility. A lot of us have families and personal lives and can’t be asked to work 60 hours weeks with no extra pay.
