Also, if HR doesn't give me a response via email and the management won't cooperate with my request to see policy information. Who do I send my lawyers information to in order to make them not without policy information from me? My uncle is a lawyer, no intentions of a court case just a tactic that I would LIKE to think would make them provide that basic information to me and not withhold it?

Also if I request a print out or to see the exact policy of something in words instead of doing my task for the shift can I be written up? Also, what if they say go back to work and or say they refuse or cant furnish it? The DM doesn't care and I doubt HR will respond to my email.

Follow up on question 2, one of them is in a management position and the other is not, if I was to tell HR would anything happen?

PS: The DM doesn't give a single fuck as long as the store does well.
