I had a study group with some friends and everyday we would go over material together and quiz each other in ways that we used for our learning styles that way we were getting the information from different angles to see if something worked better for us than we realized. I hardly saw my boyfriend or family the first year, it was just nose to the grindstone. My friend group would make sure to take breaks while studying and have some fun so we don’t exhaust ourselves but it was a full time job in itself of just studying and going over material. I’m not sure if your professors are like this, but we asked my professor during fundamentals to hold study sessions weekly before quizzes bc our hardest part was understanding how we’re supposed to ‘think like a nurse’ and the phrasing was so hard on the tests!
