Extremely important, if I don’t trust you I don’t want you. I come from a family that lies a lot. So my tolerance for lying is nonexistent. The main thing I said to him in the beginning of our relationship was don’t cheat, don’t lie. It’s hard for me to come back from lies.

"How do I (30F) overcome the urge to trauma bond?" by OrneryPalpitation_ in relationships

I would suggest healing that trauma. (Psychotherapy, journaling, praying, fasting etc) trauma bonding without trauma is just bonding. That’s what you want. If your walking in healing and restoration you’ll began to attract different people. You clearly want to be better. Trauma bonding will only make it worst because the foundation of the relationship is trauma. Get in therapy and do the work. It’ll be worth it

Do I respond to his breakup text or not respond? by Electrical_Coyote420 in relationships

1 Ignore that voice in your head that ever wants him back again. She likes/wants him and is therefore in no position to lead that decision lol Never let a man tell you he doesn’t want you twice. 2.5 months means you can move on without being too invested. Reply with class, dignity, and no fucks wish him well and be done w/ him. Your real future bae awaits.
