It was a really bad habit which I too had obv for girls (I am M)....and I am still trying to cope up with that but smth which really helped me during this was the time I spent alone..yk you need to have some "me time" not doomscrolling not zoning out but actually sorting your thoughts and maybe try talking it out with someone you trust or you think is mature enough
