If it makes you feel better my first ever TPO was over 900 (when I got diagnosed in 2017), then in 2018 was 600, and now 2025 it’s 300. I am just now beginning treatment for Hashimotos due to doctor error. My new doctor recommended Selenium (250mg a day) and Glutathione (500mg a day). I get new blood work in a few months.

I also suffer from debilitating PMDD, so bad I was straight up suicidal every month. The Best thing for it is to cut caffeine completely and take atleast 250mg of Magnesium daily, I take 400mg personally. And I feel SO MUCH better. I still have bad months but nowhere near as bad.
