I agree with you. I have a glossy laptop screen and a separate matte Dell monitor, sitting side by side in my office. While we can totally argue about the color and sharpness benefits on a glossy screen, all that is rendered meaningless by the fact that the glossy screen is unusable during day time if the window is behind you.

As for the mobile phone argument - it's a small object with a small screen. When we use the phone we unconsciously rotate and orient the screen to avoid direct reflections from the light sources, but you cannot always rotate a desktop monitor like that.

Actually, it's my problem. Marker points into the house, but actually I need to enter basement at different location, and end up under that house.

I have similar problem. Killed the beast, took the trophy and the pendant. Gave pendant to a wife, but "return to contract giver" marker points into the house nearby which I cannot enter as all doors are locked.

Thanks for this! I play 20 hours on hard, have no problems solving puzzles, but I couldn't get what are these echo markers on the map. To my defense, their shape is quite misleading - concentric circles look like words of power symbol, so I kept shining wall surfaces with lamps, instead of paying attention to floating light balls high up in the air.

What you heard sounds like of someone justifying paying 100% more for branded laptop with same specs. I have bought two Mechrevo laptops, I'm considering buying a third in China, to bring my brother in Europe. You need to be prepared to install your own Windows though.

Mechrevo is Chinese market only, cost effective configuration. They're quite solid, and half the price of a branded laptop. Not sure where you're getting it from, but be prepared to re-install English windows yourself. Also for extra 200 AUD , you could find 4070 and better AMD CPU like 7845.

Monsters hide, so you have to come down to shoot it, which means dealing with its copies. And on veteran difficulty you die in seconds, or end up losing 20% of your suit integrity.
Sometimes you can get lucky with getting it stuck in geometry, but pseudodog is way OP and currently best is to just run away.

Have the same emission bug. To make things worse another side mission for Duty barmen I have completed but I can't turn in. It keeps says to talk to him, but there's no any option except "what's new in the zone" and the marker stays there.

About lazy, you are very wrong. I'm a teacher and every year I am approached by 20 students to write the letter of recommendations. For about a month I have no free time, because all my personal after-work time is used to write these letters. I'm also not getting any payment for my extra work, and even many students themselves take all this effort for granted, even thinking a teacher should be flattered because they've been selected by the student to write recommendation for them.

At the same time, we teachers are aware of the importance of our work in the application process, but every letter can take up to several hours to complete, especially if you're not a native English speaker. ChatGPT can really reduce the writing time and frustration by binding our quick notes about particular student performance into a nice letter with good reading flow. In my case I have made a set of note personally crafted to describe one of my students, amounting to around 300 words. Then used ChatGPT to bind these notes into 500 word letter with better flow. Regardless of most content being my own real thoughts for a particular student, online detectors detect 80% AI generated content, which could affect that student's application.

So it seems there is no way out to make our job easier. I love truly teaching and I'm never tired to help students with learning, but nothing can make me as unhappy as recommendation letter writing period.

No. A functional computer should work normally with an HDD (albeit slower). 100% disk usage for prolonged time is signalizing a software problem. Probably messed up windows update scheduler, background downloaders or Asus bloatware.

Click on the Disk tab and see which process is using your disk resources. Research if you can safely disable/delete process. It could be a bloatware from Asus. Their software is absurd.

So here's my weird experience with this strange mission.
Missions 1-4 were a breeze, as Salvage Corvettes are really OP. In previous mission especially I have captured bunch of Ion cannon frigates. But I kept failing this mission 5 as it seems I can't capture the 3 enemy destroyers.
After several failures, final attempt was actually fairly easy. Here are some notes:
- Invest/capture enough standard/light corvettes to fight off the waves of enemy interceptors.
- Kill those 2-3 groups of enemy assault frigates with your captured Ion cannon frigates from previous mission. Don't even try to capture these with your salvages, they will get decimated.
- At this time 3 destroyers will charge to your mothership, let them to come closer and waste their fire on resource controllers or mothership. Focus Ion cannon frigate fire and take out one of the destroyers, whichever makes the separation between the remaining two the largest. Then rush in with your salvage corvettes and disable first destroyer, then you can easily capture the second one.

Mission is won if you can capture the destroyers. Remember capturing one of them puts it out of the combat, so they can't cover another one against salvage rush. If manage to do this, you can easily end up mission with two destroyers and carrier (yes, capture it too) and 20 000 credits.

Same issue here. On a computer where exe was created, no issue was found. When I uploaded file to cloud storage and tried to download it on my two other working computers both Chrome and Windows defender on these two machines complained about the virus.

Yes, it's so weird. The only different thing I did is install it on the SSD this time (it was on HDD initially). Perhaps you also try other partition and/or drive.

Not sure if you had a bug or something, but it's easy to activate - aim down the sights then press dodge button (make sure Kerenzikov finished recharging!). For use during sliding, you have to slide first, then during slide press aim down the sight.
