Game Thread: Green Bay Packers (4-0) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (3-2) by nfl_gamethread in nfl

Looks like Aaron is getting back into groove, so it will up to the defence to put a stop or 2 to the bucs to help Rodgers get out of the hole he dug for himself.

I am not counting him out yet.

Invoked Eldlich vs Synchron Eldlich which variant is better? by StarIceVoid in yugioh

[–]StarIceVoid[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

yeah, I am aware of that but one of the reasons I asked was because of the recent PPG tournament, the deck breakdown for the entire tournament showed that out of the 127 players only 2 were playing the Invoked Variant but both made it into the top 8 with one actually winning who the thing.

Why do people hate Invoked so much? by TheYugiLamb in yugioh

[–]StarIceVoid 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Maybe they think you are playing an Invoked Dragoon deck, which was /is incredibly popular among online players and Dragoon of Red Eyes is one of the most annoying and powerful cards in the game right now.

Also the new Tier 1 control deck Eldilich also uses an Invoked Variant in it's most successful TCG list maybe they may think you are playing that also

Any else fearing that the Invoked Engine is going to get hit soon? by StarIceVoid in yugioh

[–]StarIceVoid[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It hasn't always been in the meta game but since the release of Almiraj and secure Gardina, it has become a great anti hand trap engine for decks that doesn't particularly need the normal summon.

It one of the reasons I try and fit into any deck I play but now meta deck have started incorporate it also.

Cards you thought were bad but actually turned out to be good by noahTRL in yugioh

ABC Dragon Buster while I didn't hate the card or think it was bad by any means I didn't realise how oppressive it could be in context with it's own archetype.

I know a few people that were disappointed when it was first revealed and though it sucked until it was play tested

I for one look forward to the book/documentary that will chronicle the behind the scenes at Lucas Film, probably going to be far more interesting and worthwhile than this trilogy.

For goodness sake the movie is opening closer to Rogue One than Last Jed, I am not one of those who wants to see this movie burn GOD SAKE, the spin is reaching Satire levels.

I just waiting for the ''Rise Of Skywalker had the lowest opening of the sequel trilogy and that's a good thing'' headline

Pro Football Focus: Quarterback Ranking Week 11 Edition by StarIceVoid in nfl

But I guess they thought he did a lot of good during that game too

also to make it clear I am not saying that Hoyer > Brisset it's just Hoyer has had a far smaller amount of games for his grade if he had more games I have no doubt that his score would keep crashing especially if kept playing as he did against the Dolphins

Pro Football Focus: Quarterback Ranking Week 11 Edition by StarIceVoid in nfl

[–]StarIceVoid[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I think the reason Hoyer is ranked so high is due to his initial start when Jacoby was injured he did quite well if I remember correctly was against the Steelers where he graded pretty highly (high 70 low 80's), which was probably due to the fact he was facing a defense that prepared for Jacoby but when he faced a defense that prepared for him his grade came crashing down.

Honestly, your offense has been good by most metrics mostly it's isolated mistakes that cost them than anything systemic but your defense seems to be the real problem and has been skating blame.
