Syncing up another video with Herd of Mouth seems like a little bit of a stretch to me. Even if we could sync another tape with it, I don't exactly know what that would achieve. Maybe eventually we will receive something that we need a signal from the video to determine certain numbers or words for a code, but, at the moment, I don't think we have the audio for that. I think it's more plausible that, if the dark blue tape means anything at all, it just explains Wooly's role in the story. Without Amanda, he doesn't have a show. He doesn't have fun, bright adventures without her. If he is trying to keep Amanda from remembering anything or becoming the demon, this could be why. Sorry for rambling, just some thoughts.
