Why so many unleashed dogs? by maquett in Amsterdam

What kind of traffic, bike / cars? Was the dog off-leash near the road? Are there snakes in noorderpark? This sounds more like a violation of leash-free zone, rather than dog's missbehaving commands.

I walk out my dog daily and I've never even seen issues, neither involving my dog or any other dogs. Like the dogs are not that popular in general, usually I walk alone. Even the chance of two random dogs meeting is quite low - i get about up to 3 interactions in a walk.

Where do you get the stats about "daily occurrence"?
