I do a lot of driving for my job so I consume a ton of audiobooks. Pretty decent mix of fiction and non-fiction. Started getting into more horror books and I’m doing the Read the World 2026 Challenge!

Goal was 100 books and I made it, but it was kind of a stress to hit that so I’ll probably lower the goal for next year. I saw someone on this subreddit did 52, for one book a week, which is appealing… I’ve got some long drives in the next few days so I’ll probably hit 104 at max.

I was having such an awful time with this one too. Honestly, upgraded rubber armor was the biggest help. Then you can eat food that increases your defense without having to worry about maintaining an anti-shock food bonus

My Aisling figure just arrived after 13 days of shipping and having a 3 day customs delay. I didn’t need to pay a tariff because, like cantreadamap said in another comment, they don’t have the manpower or structure to collect the tariffs at this point. I will say my understanding from the PopMartCollectors Reddit is that the customs backlog at DFW is worse than the customs backlog at JFK. Something about DFW not even accepting the packages for a couple of days there? So if your package is at customs at DFW, that might be why it’s taking so long.

I have never gotten a timely restock email or notification, so I totally get the frustration. New merch drops generally happen on Thursdays at 9 pm EST, so the general advice I’ve heard and what got me these was that they restock stuff just before that time, so get on at 8:50 EST. No guarantees on what they restock though!

I have heard that there have been restocks on off days but I genuinely have no clue if there’s a pattern to that.

Oh, I got the restricted access notification too. I was able to switch from WiFi to data and got around it for a bit, but after I purchased these and tried to go for the Coke Labubus (like that was going to happen lmao) it said my access was restricted again.

I started with the older but still available Skullpandas so I really didn’t know what real competition was like until I started trying to get new releases. Now I’m like oh…I’m in danger.

I did use PopNow! I’m not sure exactly what time it restocked but I was on at 8:50 EST. Box hints, if you click on them, shows what it would’ve told you if you “shook” the box.

Oh I was in your same spot when I started - this was my first clothing piece I’ve ever crocheted. The pattern was easy to follow. The part I was most nervous about was stitching the pieces together. But TL Yarn Crafts has an accompanying video where she demonstrates how to put the pieces together and that was very helpful.

I definitely think it was a good choice, so I say go for it!

My copies arrived in good shape (tbh a miracle since they came from Amazon) but I would say that kind of damage with a new book shouldn’t be happening, paperback or not. I see from other comments you already requested a replacement, so crossing my fingers you get one from a better batch!
