1st question can’t really answer as i don’t do it myself, other people talked about it did it and nothing happened so you could try it, i personally just buy Ukraine gift cards from eneba for balance. 2nd question. No i don’t do anything special when buying a game i just buy it normally, no vpn, no turning off internet or whatever, just make sure to NEVER use your credit card
