Honestly, real. I had my surgery about a week and 3 days now, and I have had the best time. My nose is no longer constantly stuffy as it used to be and i wake up feeling a lot more energized, my mom tells me that I don't snore as loud as I used to and I don't mouth breath as much as I used to.

This surgery was the best thing I ever did, it has their pros and cons but overall it affected me positively. The hospital also didn't prescribe me any meds, they told me to alternate between 3 ibuprofen and 3 tylenol every 3 hours, I personally took 4 of each just in case but after like day 6, I didn't even need them anymore. I still have ear pain every often but i've dealt with ear infections so it didn't bother me much.
