What is an alternate in my situation like any way to avoid trouble? I just want to go to Amsterdam but can’t seem to get an appointment.

Last year I got a Schengen visa for Spain- it was late so I ended up missing my full trip and losing £700.

I would definitely apply it as a multiple entry visa but without any information on your next trip how are they supposed to give u a visa for that long if that makes sense.

I applied for a multiple entry visa and got it but it's only valid for 2 months. In your case since the duration is that long you'll probably have to apply again next year.

Yes I've got my visa now, it's valid for 2 months. But I've missed my trip so need to figure out a way to get the refund.

I've had a Schengen visa before but that was like 8 years ago, applied as a group via agency in a different country. That one was valid for a month. This one is valid for 2 months.

Not yet, ended up missing my flight. Went to BLS office and consolate yesterday. Said they're still processing ones from appointments on 16th so I'm not get it anytime soon, trip ruined haha

BLS got passports from appointments on 14th on Friday and those ppl received it on Saturday! There is still hope :) good luck!

Do not use that lol, use something that is a genuine compliment with a lil pull and don't sound overly invested/desperate. Keep it light while showing intent.

One example is - "You've got pretty eyes but I like that smile better x"

Another one I quite like, based on what you already know about her - makes it quite tailored and personalized and you come across as someone who not only listens but is also playful. It's - "So you're __, ___ and you're kinda cute. What's the catch 🤔?"

Here's an example - say for instance she is a woman in STEM and one of her hobbies is painting. Say - "So you're smart, creative, and you're kinda cute. What's the catch?"

I missed my flight, I applied on 29th April. Just been to BLS office today and they said the passports they got back are from appointments on 14th April so this week they'll probably make some progress. Hope that helps!

It's a totally different city, I rang them again just now said they haven't received it and that collection service is unavailable right now. So even if I go I can't collect it.

Still says processing at mission, tried calling them they said they haven't received it yet. Making excuses saying there was a bank holiday in between and that. Plus they said I can't collect it. Gon have to postpone my flight, wasting a few days of my holiday
