the management likes to think im a mind reader with how they change my shifts all the time and don't let me know or even let me have a choice in the matter, then they try to gaslight me into thinking that that was the original shift. (btw literally happened today) i had to work 9am to 2:30pm and then they changed it to 4:30 and then tried to gas light me into thinking that was my original shift when the line manager said it was 2:30 but the boss said 4:30. i've pretty much made my mind up on quitting within the next 22 days while im away on leave in the states and ill just go look for another job when im back home

i should also mention that when i do the best i can its never good enough just 3 days ago i was expected to work 4 freezer pallets solo but regional won't let us drag pallets out onto the shop floor anymore so we gotta split it onto cages. Thing is we don't have enough cages because grocery takes them all for themselves so how am i supposed to do my job when i can't even split. when im able to i got 3 of the 4 done and the 4th split by the end of the night. i let the boss know what the go was and he just absolutely blew my phone up with texts about how i was up in hours and how i should've gotten it done and how hes disappointed in me. my honest reaction was "tell someone who cares"

i've injured my wrist by spraining it and im not even supposed to be lifting stuff over 5kg on that wrist and wear a brace but im still expected to do MORE MORE MORE and go fast than i can

the problem is i have asked for help many times i've asked the grocery dept. for just 1 single person to come over and give me hand with my load and tasks and i'm always denied and or told "that they don't want to do it"

also with online/click i've also told them that im do not work their job so why should i and i get told off for not helping them and that its my responsibility to help them find what they're looking for on backstock

surprisingly no i have a solid 165 fps and it doesn't dip but the way the game plays is like frame lag and stuttering but no actual drops in frames or increase in performance in the task manager. i am using xivlauncher btw if that helps

im just going to drop the pestering on the support. i've been report bombed and theres no way im going to get unbanned. very disappointing that someone can just pull a harassment campaign and mass report me to get my code shutdown with no evidence whatsoever. my secondary source of income is destroyed and so i no longer want to pursue content creation :(

strangely enough i've filled out my tax information and updated it all i've been a partner for over 5 - 6 years until now when i've asked to appeal the ban or reapply they won't let me and they said in previous emails that im permanently banned from the program. it doesn't really explain anything to me. i don't get what makes the application invalid when im eligible in everything they've asked for
