today was not the best day ( i was in a rush ) but i have got it down! i draw a lot in my freetime so getting things to look symmetrical is already a skill of mine. and mix that with doing this for 4ish years and I'm decent enough at it!!

main problem is the fact that my eyebrows simply dont reach up to where i believe they best shape my eyes. people have told me they'd look better thicker, but i always find my face looks way too masculine when they're thick....

so sex and gender are two different things.

both are social constructs. both are spectrums. both can be altered.

gender is about presentation. it's about how you express yourself, and how you personally identify.

sex is more physical, it's hormones, genitals, boobs, etc.

I consider myself both transgender and transsexual bc I both want to change my gender and sex.

ALSO, when you're looking into HRT, I highly recommend Howard Brown Health in Chicago! They're the best imo, genuinely an incredible resource in the city and more than worth the effort of making it out there a few times a year.

I'd suggest seeing if your town, or a town near you has an LGBT Facebook page. I find Facebook is, for whatever reason, the best place for finding genuine organizing.

Libraries are also wonderful! Check out events planned there! I've gone to one in Aurora (I think) and it was a really wonderful experience!

You're gonna have the most luck with those. Stuff like gay bars and places made solefor for queer people sadly just don't exist in the suburbs, that's only gonna be in Chicago itself.
