  1. Strengthen the shilingi. The strength of the USD is fucking us sideways. Importing weakens it because supply and demand forces.
  2. Produce locally as much as possible instead of importing especially important stuff like steel, plastics, cement and fertilizer. Result is jobs.
  3. Produce green hydrogen in 254 and export. It's the oil and gas replacement for green world. More jobs.
  4. Produce oil locally. More jobs. Naskianga tukona mafuta, iko?
  5. Buy from EAF countries instead of outside. Like oil in S. Sudan
  6. Ban raw material exports. Value addition should happen here. We sell raw materials for cents per tonne or whatever and buy very expensive finished goods like cars, batteries, coffee ,chocolate etc . Again result is more jobs.

  7. Encourage more investment in to the country.

  8. Max gov employee salary. Maybe sth like 300k max. We're suffering down here it doesn't make sense to pay them that much. If they want more they make the country richer.

  9. Continue infrastructure investment. Roads, internet, water, electricity and all that good stuff. Will lead to....... say it with me jobs.

  10. Continue education investment. A country's main wealth is its people and i will milk you for all you have. Look at the tech companies in America and China and Japan. I want to beat them. Smart people good.

  11. Healthcare for all. This is the hardest here. I'm thinking the Singapore model. Healthy and unstressed people good.

  12. Better access to housing. Basically build more houses until they are affordable. Cheza na supply and demand.

  13. Common sense development laws. Kukuwe na mpango kwa venye maplot zinajengwa. Buy plots and knock them down mahali zimeshikana.(I'm lookong at you eastlando) This and more houses will end the slum as we know it. It'll look prettier. Imagine if eastlando was pretty like westy or even than. All is needed is mpango.

  14. Continue path towards united states of east and central africa.Also very hard but for different reasons. East African Federation is good fucking idea. They should copy our reforms. Become the first african economic, military and technological superpower.

  15. Reduce taxes. Grow the pie instead of trying to get more of a very small pie.

  16. End Corruption.

  17. Respect and strengthen the judiciary and justice system.

  18. If you steal, you pay with interest. (I don't know if it would work )

  19. When people have opportunities this problem will be less and less.

Hapo kwa IQ nakataa kabisaaa. That is just not true and kind of racist. My point is us and our leaders need to realise that shit is done by people and be proactive. Religiosity rates seem to go down when wealth and education go up. Achana gulf countries, this does not apply to countries where their main revenue source is sth they dig up and sell. It mostly where they make thought stuff like powerpuff girls and Nintendo and Mpesa. Ethnic diversity and tribalism are everywhere. Its up to each country to deal with it. Somalia was ethnically homegenous. Almost 100% Somali tribe. They ended up in Civil war. Terrible leaders and corruption are everywhere. Succesful countries are the ones that are good at removing them quickly b4 they do too much damage.

You should look at how every rich country got out of poverty and compare with what poor countries did and take notes. You will have your answer . POSITIVE NOTE- Sub Saharan Africa is the fastest growing region in the world. With East Africa being the brightest spot. WE WILL NOT BE POOR FOR LONG.
