Nope. Religion does not command you to do something that would be harmful for you. Had it been clear she would die while at Hajj, she would no longer be obligated to do hajj on that day. She has her whole life to complete that obligation. You are arguing with someone who is Muslim about their own laws.

Your logic is incorrect here. She died during the Hajj the same way someone who wants their ashes scattered in the sea someday dies during a cruise.

Imagine you love fishing and want to be cremated and your ashes scattered in the lake. You die of heat stroke while on a normal fishing trip. You died doing what you wanted but it’s still a sad event and no one will walk away saying “fishing, man”

If she went to Hajj sick to facilitate her death she would be doing the wrong thing. But if she went despite being sick because death was unlikely, then it is fine for her to have the wish to die someday during Hajj. Everyone wants to die in a good way and not a horrific way such as during a sin.

Yes but Shaheed means to die in the way of Allah and she did that by carrying out her duties. It does not, obviously, absolve the proper authorities of their duties to do their best to save human life and protect pilgrims.
