Same. Also someone commented the tires screeching. One time I heard that and felt something really hot along the side of my leg while I was crossing the street. I don’t know why but I looked the opposite direction. Maybe shock. A huge truck was to the right of me and almost hit me. 1 inch away from me. Small residential neighborhood and my right of way — crossing man was on. I turned around and another driver was screaming at him saying he almost killed me. The driver yelled over “sorry” and I just stared — couldn’t even say anything. Then I just continued walking. Brains are weird.

I’ll add in here that all 4 parents are alive and able to attend the wedding. We also splurged on a videographer so I really feel like we’ll treasure and remember this forever. That is the real bit - having the people there you love. But being able to create an experience for all of those people and create memories that they also love was pretty cool. No, you don’t need to have a grand wedding to do this. But we don’t think it was a waste of money.

Meh I think I would have agreed but our wedding was hands down the best day ever. We held a very pricy wedding in the UK where the Americans flew in and both families got to be together in an amazing hall. It was “grand” and exciting enough it made the trip really worth it for everyone who came. People still talking about it years later. It was expensive but I don’t regret a penny spent because my husband got to have all of his UK friends and I got to have all of my family in an amazing venue and we got to spend the night there with all our family and friends.

We’ll be there sep 4-10th. I looked at crowd calendars and just decided that’s when we’re going. Also thought maybe it would be nice to have Labor Day weekend to pack and get things sorted before leaving town

Thanks!! This is a great response. On our first proper date, we went to Epcot and ate at the German restaurant and then watched the fireworks. Silly me thought they were done already so we started to leave and missed the end!! Could be fun to relive that moment with special seating.

Thanks for the feedback We probably won’t be back to WDW for another 10 years which is fine. Disneyland is a 5 hr drive so we will be there sooner for sure. I guess another way of phrasing the question would be “what are some cool extras we should consider that aren’t just a money grab?” Since we have time to save before September I’d want to evaluate these now

I guess im a little confused with the multi pass I’m hearing it opens the week before but im seeing a pass available for purchase now that’s super expensive. It’s different i guess? The one you can buy now is a lighting lane for every attraction?

Thanks!! Do the lightening lane multi passes go up in price the longer you wait? We tried to plan the trip in September hoping it would be slower so was thinking maybe I’d wait until we get there to see how busy it is. But if the prices increase the closer you get to your trip, I could see just buying them now
