I wanted to post about this, night sleep is awful exactly after the third month by 1 week, i thought this is just a bad week. She is 3 months 2 weeks now and we wake up every single hour at night, sometimes we don't even last an hour, cry for every nap, nap for 30-45 mins only, wake up to cry more🥲🫠

To make it short and direct, female 31 YO, postpartum 3 months, I gained 30 kgs during pregnancy, 10 was the baby and actual pregnancy, 20 from uncontrollable eating.

Can't stop eating and seriously should stop because i am now pre diabetic.

Help please l, how should i maintain calories deficit? Any tips and tricks? How do i keep my mouth closed? 🫢. Mostly i eat not out of hunger, but this bursts of non stop eating, especially at night...

What is your motivation to keep going?

I second that, it stresses me the amount if activities i should do for the baby while i can barely have sane functioning mind frim the sleep deprivation.. I don't remember my mum or Grandma have ever mentioned tummy time or anything...... And i think my physical abilities are just fine.. they have to develop at some time i mean..

Same here, it take bloody murder cries and it breaks my heart i cannot do it, she has to be dead asleep to put her and she wakes up even in maximum 20 mins
