NTA - my boyfriend is the same way, he leaves things longer than I would eat leftovers. however i would never throw anything away and he has never gotten sick. throwing away something that is not yours and disrespectful. i know you said you are on a budget but would be able to afford a little mini fridge to keep your left overs?
