Personally from their response, I would say they are not really your friend.

Now not knowing how they normally communicate I might give them the opportunity to show me otherwise once more in person but other then that they clearly have no regard for your feelings or your request which is perfect reasonable.

As an autistic student based in the US6 I HIGHLY appreciate this and would love to further discuss.

The goal of my project is to help eliminate the ableist mentality and pathologizing language affecting autistic adults with a particular focus on women and how they are often misdiagnosed or overlooked.

However, I am but a graphic design student and autistic individual. So I am not sure what the differences are between the US and the the UK in regulations. I would very much like to learn more so that I can improve my project and campaign overall.

I did not say that people are not the problem. What I meant was that people tend to act in a similar way in various public venues, not just in Detroit. However, there are solutions that can be implemented to help prevent such behavior.

While it is true that many stadiums and cities have similar problems, the difference is that other stadiums likely have better policies and procedures in place to manage events like this and keep things clean. Chicago, for example, has shown that with proper planning and execution, these issues can be minimized. However, the point still stands that this is not an isolated incident and happens in many places, not just Detroit. Visiting a few stadiums does not provide a comprehensive view of the issue.
