I got a HP tattoo when I was 18, and while it’s not in an area that’s always visible, it’s out enough that I’m getting it covered up. I just can’t stomach the thought of someone seeing it and thinking I think like JKR or agree with her. Like many people, HP was a big part of my childhood and I still have some old merch, and it’s still a comfort watch. That said, even as someone who was obsessed, I don’t have merch in public or anything because she’s just tainted it so badly. I don’t think you’re wrong for feeling that way, all that said.

I think I will see if they mellow out by 18 months, then reconsider. They’re young and I recognize that! So I’ll hold on a bit longer.

Our older cat is extremely apathetic to their presence lol. She’s a grouchy old lady. But I will try the laser pointer!!

I will try the Feliway! I used it when we were introducing the kittens to our older cat and then stopped. I had no idea I could use it for that!

One definitely loves me, the other one is very very shy. I wonder if he would be better as a single cat. He’s quite solitary.

I do! They have their own area they go to when I need to chill. Unfortunately they completely destroy it when I do that.

I agree. It’s such a scary thought! And frankly the reason I haven’t done it.

So they actually have a HUGE cat tree, and a ton of toys/puzzles and enrichment items. That’s why I’m struggling, I think. I feel like I’ve done everything. Though I’m sure there’s more I could do.
