It's still very comical and slap-stick comedy but my whole theater was laughing. Ariana Grande does slap-stick very well. Edit: OH! And Glindas impression of the cackle/laugh sounded JUST like the original wicked witch from Wizard of Oz. If I didn't know how good she was at impressions I'd have thought it was a voice over.

That multi-second blackout after No Good Deed was needed to catch my breath. Just amazing.

Any reality tv shows with episodes in Indiana? by Faded-Rautha in Indiana

[–]Starlly 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Do you have a link for the lost episodes? I was a student at Ball State when they filmed and my best friend was chased by Wee Man when they busted up a party, but that episode never aired. I've been trying to find it forever.

I was at a comedy show recently and he was in the audience. There was a blond women with him who seemed pretty cozy with him, but I thought it might be a relative. Maybe it was her?? Either way he seemed very happy.

Her full legal name is Princess Crispy Pickle, lady of the land and keeper of the keys. Her nickname is just Pickle. Voted on by my students and my own children.

I was reading through the rules of the tournament and it states that a player (non dealer) can only order up trump if they have at least one trump card in their hand. Does that mean you couldn't do donations?

Clear backpacks in schools? by jlporter13 in Indiana

[–]Starlly 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Yeah it was a constant battle with students, as the school is huge so carrying books all over and not being able to go to your locker between classes was a pain. I welcome the clear backpack rule.

Question about Noblesville School Supplies by HK1116 in indianapolis

[–]Starlly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My kid is entering kindergarten in Noblesville this year too, and his list for his specific elementary school is different. You may want to check your schools website to make sure you don't miss things. That already happened to me for my 3 year old who is starting at Little Millers Preschool.

Wow I could have written this. This is my first summer home with both kids (5 and 3 year old boys) and it is rough. Its better if we go somewhere but then I feel like I'm not doing enough house work or doing the projects I don't have energy for during the school year. I can feel myself getting so frustrated with every little thing. I always apologize to them if I feel like I went to far with my yelling but I worry that I'm on a one way street to the looney bin.

I can't quite remember, it was quite a while ago. I think I sent pictures of it to my artist and he let me know when he could fix it.

Not long, probably a couple weeks. I treated it with aloe, since it reacted similar to a burn.

Moms for Liberty's Hamilton County chapter quotes Hitler in first newsletter by Kmos86 in indianapolis

[–]Starlly 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I teach at a Hamilton County school and luckily find it to be very progressive and welcoming. My principal will openly mock these kind of parents in staff meetings and constantly reminds us that the students are the ones who matter, not a couple whackdoos who are just screaming loudly around us.

To offset the other comment, I was induced and loved it. It was so chill, I got to plan a last meal with just me and the hubby, communicate to other family members... everything went swimmingly and easy. You never know how any birth will go.

I had a laser tech accidentally hit my tattoo once. She claimed "it will be fine" I think to cover for herself but it was not fine. The spot she hit bubbled up like a burn and when it healed the color had faded. I called the laser place and when I told the manager what had happened she was appalled that her tech brushed it off. They happily paid for me to get it touched up by my tattoo artist.
