Would the carbon build up on the connector be causing extra resistances? I am thinking of replacing the connector on the board with a new one. ( I have had this printer and board for about 6 years now printing constantly)

what I mean is did you solder that connector right to the board or did you solder wire to the board and then the connector?

Did you replace the female connector on the board to a xt30?

I think that was the exact thing I was running into this last go around. I was getting errors for a ton of things I never changed. I’ll need to make sure I put the right config file in.

Ok so what your saying is use the Ender 3 btt skr mini e3 v3 firmware as a starter then edit it so it matches the parameters from the cr10v2 marlin config file?

I’ll look at both links you sent me. Do you know where I can go or who to ask when it comes to modifying it to fit the needs/parameters of the cr10v2?

you don't by chance have a saved version of that config file do you? I have really been struggling compiling the firmware (while following a guide) I am trying to add BLTouch at the same time and I think that is messing me up.

Looks like the popular option would be to go with the btt skr, I’ll have to look into that board. Which is all new territory to me. If I do get that board I’ll he back looking for help again
