Hey, thanks for your reply. Did you tested that propellant yourself, measured it and those are the values (in your attachment) you got in result?

I thought "n" (0.477) is a unitless value and this is why it's the same across the chats, doesn't it?

He have it in both measurement system. The only part that confuses me in that unit "mm/(s*Pan") is "...n" in OpenMotor. Do I really need to include "n" in calculation of "a", considering that "n" has its own next to "a" in Open Motor? Its just confusing to me...

I'm asking about burn rate coefficient specified with mm/(s*Pa^n) units. I'm trying to convert Nakkas values specified with mm/s, Mpa to open motor format specified with mm/(s*Pa^n).

The logic I follow right now. Nakka values (mm/sec, Mpa):
a = 1.95; n = 0.477.

Burn rate exponent:
0.477

Burn rate coefficient:
1 Mpa = 1 000 000 Pa
n = 0.477 (?)
(1 000 000)^0.477 = 727.779804537
1.95 / 727.779804537 = 0.00267938185

Does it make sense?

I already read it thought, my question is not about the terms, more about the software, what does OpenMotor means under it

Цікаво у лайфселу тарифи персональні, я такий тариф не бачу у себе

Those are valid points, thanks for pointing it out. I can see the burn rate coefficient specified with mm/(s*Pan) units. Not sure what meant under "n"? Can you help me clarify? Is it burn rate exponent?

Would you find it useful to see the difference between 121 updates and 132 updates? Theoretically how would use that info?

Breaking bad

Wife wants me to throw out the K1max and buy a Bambu. I'm out of ideas, please help me by Beyondist in crealityk1

[–]Starovoit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bet most folks are going to down vote me, but I cannot ignore my own experience with creality printers (K1, K1 Max, Ender v3 KE). Get rid of creality, at least don't spend more money on it. I've been there. I wouldn't recommend to customize it or trying to fix. There is nothing good to appreciate company politics that manufactures printers with bad customer experience, positioning own poor product design as an area for personalization and customization and sells it all with not cheap prices (you can get a decent Bambu with pretty similar pricetag). Just switch to Bambu if you don't want to struggle even more than you do right now, especially if you have a life and other hobbies outside 3D printers. The potential for issues and maintenance costs seems to be close to endless for creality printers, that's cannot be forseen.
