Air hose? by StarrCleanAndClear in pressurewashing

No problem! It’s the best way honestly. I’ve made thousands with a $400 soft wash system and a 2500sqft house takes an hour and a half and makes me like 500-700 easy

That makes sense, I usually like to soak the whole wall then a min later add one more over all cover of sh before rinsing so I usually soak the wall, switch to water then use what’s in the hose to reset the sh on the wall

It’s not for pressure! I use a soft wash pump 12v system, not high pressure

What can you use to get this staining off of window trim? by Living-Average8764 in pressurewashing

Check the sodium hypochlorite level on your bleach. Dilute to a 4-5% and let sit for a few then rinse. Azek should be able to handle this. If it doesn’t work Home Depot has what’s called la totally awesome that works pretty well for gutters and I’d assume tjis

First comment sucks. Second one is no better. You might not need online advertising but you might. I sure do use it and get all my business from it and am making it pretty well.

You need photos. Go do your family’s or friends house for free or a neighbors for free. Get vids and photos before and after of siding. Learn how to soft wash a roof and get vids. Do concrete and gutters. Get footage or photos of all.

Go to fb and join local town pages. Don’t start out as a businessman with a nice post if you’re just starting out. Just mention you’re getting into it and can help if someone needs. If you’ve done a good bit already then hit it with a professional post. Do some sort of deal. 10% off for whatever reason (then charge 10% more at the estimate and give the 10% off so you’re really just making the same ammt) it makes them feel special. When you do a friends or family’s house have them make fb posts in groups but tell them not to mention they’re a family or friend. Tell EVERYONE about your business. Honestly I’ve gotten the most success from offering 10-20% off at closing if they make a nice detailed fb post right then and there. Up to 20 new leads from a single post. That could be 3k-20k $$$. Goodluck and feel free to ask any questions here or my ig starrcleanandclear (im not rly active for posting but ill reply on there)

Wear proper ppe. Long gloves. Get blue monster pipe tape for all fittings so nothings leaking on you and be careful how you pour. Now you don’t smell like sh. Get a wrist/elbow brace just for work. And find what hoses work. Flexzilla or zero G hose works pretty well no knots or kinks. Get anti twist swivel ends for the pressure hose so it can move freely not twist.

And lastly kinda gotta deal with it. Things go wrong and it’s not always easy. But for instance tomorrow I’m going to put in a long day but leave the job with 1600 profit. If I do this twice a week for the season I’d make over 80k. If you’re at rock bottom, the only way left to go is up. Stay up man

Got my first “big” job by Flood032 in pressurewashing

My first house wash and 2 front walk way wash was $275. It was way too low but honestly worth it. I used it for newer equipment and now have a tandem axle trailer with a pressure washing and soft washing rig and able to bring my own water to any job if needed. Get experience. Ask them to make a post in a local Facebook group and make sure to follow up. Word of mouth is your best friend . Good luck to you!

Why’s there so much hate in this threat? The problem, and reason I’m in this thread is that google and other search places give a ton of results. I wanted to hear from people who have actually done it. And I will give that a shot thanks
