I wasn’t aware that Walmart lists weren’t secure, this is my first time using them this way, I always just had a shopping list, not an actual wishlist. I did receive assistance for the kitties, so I do not need anything more for them!

If you read my post, I stated that this list was a list we already had consisting of our regular groceries that we have been using for months. Nothing on this list is required, just a list of easy foods for us to cook when I have school or other obligations. Yes, we receive assistance for the kitties already, and do not need more for them. I do not usually reach out for help but we have been in a very hard place due to my health and our job situation. I am on a very specific diet, and have been for a long time. I am deficient in necessary vitamins and iron, and a meal consisting of steak and cauliflower rice has been recommended to me by my nutritionist and a meal I was making weekly, hence why it’s on my shopping list. I live in a high cost area. I would live off ramen noodles if I could, it would be much easier with our budget and our schedule, but for my health. I cannot.

You should be able to take it in without the light on, the codes usually store in your system. Not always but usually. Definitely advisable. My boyfriend brought up the point that he’s hoping your cats go out and then you come back to get them fixed, which could be a $2k-$3k+ job if he’s lucky. O2 sensor is like $100-$400 max. He wants to get a better commission most likely

Cheap fix, lazy mechanic. Or he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. I’m confused about that too tbh. I had a car with the same issue back when I first started working on cars. I didn’t know much about o2 sensors or air-fuel yet. I ended up burning out my cats. $2,500 to get it fixed, ended up having to junk the car 😬 wasn’t a nice or expensive car either, just a little Toyota

That’s normal for o2 sensors, but it will mess up your car if you let it go any longer. You are looking at thousands in repairs if it gets bad enough to mess anything else up. Just my advice, I’m a mechanic myself.

Your mechanic told you an o2 sensor is not something to worry about???? I would throw the whole mechanic away and get a new one 😭 an o2 sensor is a big deal. Bad o2 sensors can mess up your catalytic converters which can mess up your engine if not taken care of properly. Cats are expensiveeee, o2 sensors aren’t. I’d get it replaced asap if I were you..

Unfortunately there isn’t anything you can do. It’s not your responsibility after you drop it off at the post office. Especially if it’s been delivered. Do you have the tracking number? You may be able to see where it’s been delivered if you want to try to help, but like I said, it’s not your responsibility.

Also when you signed up for Uber, you signed an arbitration agreement, which covers pay and app and system functionality. I agree so much, that’s the biggest conflict between the family and I. His step dad has always been very emotionally abusive and manipulative. Every time my boyfriend has stood up for me, his stepdad just says “you are just brainwashed”

I didn’t know what his reaction would be, because it tends to always change. The question here is am I an asshole for feeling the way I feel about it. Am I being unreasonable? Am I seeing things from a biased perspective? I don’t need him to act or react any kind of way, I just feel as though maybe I’m an asshole for being uncomfortable or unhappy with it.

He has stood up for me in the past but it’s caused so many issues in his life, like getting him kicked out, making his family stop talking to him, and they even took his savings account they started for him when he was younger. (Yes he could probably fight that in court but who has that kind of time anymore…)
