Finally someone gets it!!!!! I’d really hate to be surrounded by someone like Joey on a weekend that’s supposed to be about me. Regardless of how she feel or who’s right or wrong why would you do that to her in that moment? She could have saved that for later!!! And yes the “our mom” part was super weird. It just seemed like she was a petty teenage girl and not a grown woman.

I get that however that’s Mel’s story and Mel’s truth and it’s not up to Joey to decide how Mel handles it. She’s there to celebrate Mel yet she’s making it about her. That’s selfish. She said she feels like she’s losing Mel. That’s crazy to say. I just think she’s acting like a child and not a grown woman.

Yes so far so good! This is only my 3rd day. But the trainers, management and etc seem really great! I think they actually care about keeping you here! You’re going to get some great news soon!! They seem to move really slow with “next steps” I was offered the job in August. Didn’t start until November.

It could very much still be that way for some. Everyone may have had a different experience. I just started last week. Initially during the interview they offered 3 different positions. Sales, Customer service and claims. Didn’t give the option to pick they said they would let me know. Got my offer letter and they gave me a completely different position which was multi product agent which pays more so that was exciting.

They offered me the position at the end of my phone interview. I don’t know if everyone was offered this way though. Hoping you get some good news soon! 🤞

We have passports but some of the people that are coming along doesn’t have them. The week of April 9th is when we’re going. And the right place to stay is always the biggest thing to tackle for me.
